CUTLINE / LEGAL
Terms of Service
Last updated 12 October 2026
The service
Cutline provides independent creators with a private workspace to prepare, render, review and export short videos from their own or licensed footage. The public creator editor requires a Mac running the Cutline worker, Node.js and FFmpeg. Rendering and local playback depend on that Mac. Automatic transcription and AI moment selection are not included in this public creator release.
TikTok Direct Post and automatic scheduling are disabled pending platform audit approval. If enabled later, scheduling can execute a post at its saved time only after the creator has reviewed the exact video and supplied the required individual publishing choices and consent. Rendering or editorial approval alone never authorises publication.
Your responsibilities
You must have the rights and permissions required to process and publish every source and clip, including its audio. You are responsible for reviewing the final video, caption, privacy setting, interactions and platform disclosures. A rights checkbox records your confirmation; Cutline does not independently verify a licence. Keep your login and worker pairing key private, and pair only a Mac you control.
Connected platforms
TikTok and other connected services are independent platforms with their own terms, policies and availability. Cutline cannot guarantee audit approval or that a platform will accept, publish or continue hosting an upload. A scheduled row or successful transfer is not proof of a published post. Your worker must remain awake and online for local processing and any authorised timed upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cutline to infringe copyright, impersonate others, distribute unlawful or harmful material, evade platform safeguards, or publish misleading content.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change or stop. To the extent permitted by law, StingrAI Consultants is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, platform decisions or content supplied by the operator.
Contact and law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
